Next month will mark the official Launch. It was last November that I took a huge leap of faith and began this journey into business ownership and you know what gives me chills?? I have a HUGE calendar on my home office wall that I purchased in November to write my goals and marketing plan. I glance it every now and then but not always and as I was looking at it this week, I realized that back in November I wrote that I would sign a lease for a 1500-2000 sq foot building that would house the first CoWork Landing.
I choked up at bit looking at and realized that written goals come to life. Now the real work starts!
I am so excited to offer this type of professional environment to our local entrepreneurs.
The feedback that I have received from the Brandon community has been overwhelmingly positive. This is encouraging that we can really have a wonderful community of entrepreneurs in Brandon.
We have 3 members in less than a week and 2 of those members have an office!
Our contractor and inaugural member, Jeff Hagwood with Hagwood Construction is a great first addition to the space. On that end, I need your help to make this shared workspace a success!
The space I am preparing is 1500 sq ft. There will be an open space in the front of the office. Conference room, 3 offices and break room with coffee/tea. There will be a quiet room near the coffee for one-on-one meetings and lunches.
Since it is a small space there are limited memberships available. Please take a moment to go online and become an inaugural member this month before we open. There is a one time set up fee and membership begins when space opens!
